Every order email includes a tracking link as soon as your package ships. Lost the email, or want to check status another way?

The fastest way

Find your order confirmation or shipping notification email — both include a tracking link that takes you straight to the carrier's latest status.

Lost the email?

Email noreply@threadlam.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend the tracking info, usually within one business day.

Typical timing

  • Order placed → in production: within 24 hours.
  • In production → shipped: 3–5 business days for apparel, 1–2 for stickers and posters.
  • Shipped → delivered: 3–5 business days within the continental US.

Something's wrong

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then email noreply@threadlam.com — we can open a carrier claim or send a replacement.

A self-serve tracking lookup is on the way. For now, email is the fastest path.
