Orders & shipping
How long does an order take to arrive?
Most US orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days, then deliver in another 3–5 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6–10 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Stickers and digital goods may have wider availability. International shipping is on the roadmap.
How is shipping calculated?
Apparel and other made-to-order items are charged a real shipping rate from our fulfillment partner at checkout. Items that don't require physical fulfillment (like digital downloads or gift cards) ship free. See Shipping Info for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start production quickly to keep delivery times short. If you need to change an order, email noreply@threadlam.com as soon as possible — we'll do what we can if production hasn't started.
Products & sizing
Do tees run true to size?
Most of our tees fit closer to a modern unisex cut. Check the size guide for measurements before ordering. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up.
Are designs limited edition?
Some are. Designs marked "limited" rotate out after a set window. Standard catalog designs stay until the artist or we retire them.
Returns & issues
Can I return an item?
Because every item is made to order, we generally don't accept returns for fit or change of mind. We do replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong. See Returns & Exchanges.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email noreply@threadlam.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item or refund you — your choice.
Account & privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes order tracking and reordering easier.
How do you handle my data?
See our Privacy Policy for the full story. Short version: we collect what's needed to fulfill your order, we don't sell your data, and you can request deletion any time.
