Accounts
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Orders and payments
Orders are confirmed when payment is captured by our payment processor (Stripe). All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping timelines and methods are described on the Shipping Info page. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Designs and artwork sold on Threadlam are owned by their respective creators or licensed to us. Buying a product gives you ownership of the physical item only — not the underlying design. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute the artwork.
User content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the site. You retain ownership.
Disclaimers
The site and our products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or any product purchased is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
