Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap.

How long it takes

• Production: 3–5 business days for apparel (tees, hoodies); 1–2 business days for stickers and posters.
• Transit: typically 3–5 business days within the continental US.
• Total: most orders arrive in 6–10 business days. Holiday season runs longer.

How shipping is calculated

For made-to-order items, the shipping rate shown at Stripe Checkout is a real rate quoted from our fulfillment partner at the moment you check out — not a flat estimate. Items that don't require physical fulfillment (like digital downloads) ship free.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping notification email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves the production facility. You can also find tracking on the order page in your account once available. See Track Order for help.

Address changes

Production starts quickly to keep delivery times short. If you need to change a shipping address, email noreply@threadlam.com as soon as possible — we'll do what we can if production hasn't started.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it doesn't turn up within a few days, email noreply@threadlam.com — we can open a carrier claim or send a replacement.

Damaged in transit

Email noreply@threadlam.com within 30 days with your order number and photos of the damage; we will replace or refund the item. See our Refund Policy.
