Returns & Exchanges.
Threadlam products are made to order, so we approach returns differently than a typical retailer. Here's how it works.
Quality issues — we make it right
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. Email noreply@threadlam.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. In most cases you won't need to ship the item back.
Sizing and fit
Because every item is made for you, we generally can't accept returns for fit. Please use the size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up.
That said — if a tee is wildly off from the published measurements (more than an inch or two from the size chart), email us and we'll treat it as a quality issue.
Change of mind
We don't accept returns for change of mind on standard apparel and accessories that are made-to-order. We're a small business and a return on a custom item costs us the full production run.
Exchanges
For most issues an exchange means we make and ship a replacement item — there's nothing to send back. We'll cover replacement shipping. If we ask you to return the original, we'll provide a prepaid label.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Lost packages
If your package never arrives or is lost in transit, see Shipping Info — we cover those, separate from the returns policy here.
