Refund Policy.

Threadlam products are made to order. This means we approach refunds differently than retailers selling shelf inventory.

Draft copy — review before launch

When we issue refunds or replacements

We'll replace or refund your order, at your choice, if any of the following apply:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item or wrong size from what you ordered.
  • The order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • The print is significantly different from what's shown on the product page.

Email noreply@threadlam.com within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery, if the package never arrived) with your order number and a photo of the issue.

When we don't issue refunds

  • Change of mind, including buyer's remorse on a custom or personalized item.
  • Sizing issues when the item matches the published size guide.
  • Minor color variation between the on-screen mockup and the printed product, which is inherent to print on demand.
  • Issues reported more than 30 days after delivery.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Stripe processing fees on the original transaction are not refundable to us by Stripe; we still pass a full refund to you.

Returns

For most items, we don't require you to ship the item back — the cost of return shipping often exceeds the value of the order. If a return is required, we'll provide a prepaid label.
